Meet Jim & Sander
Hi there! We’re Jim and Sander – two Dutch guys with big hearts, a good dose of humor, and one big dream: to become dads together.
For over nine years, we’ve shared our life in Delft, the Netherlands. Our home is full of laughter, with friends and family often dropping by for dinner (Sander loves to cook, Jim bakes cakes). We love traveling, exploring nature, discovering new places, but also just cozy evenings on the couch with Netflix.
Our life feels rich and full of love. But we’re still missing that one little miracle we’ve been dreaming about for years: a child.
How we got here
With the help of a wonderful egg donor, we created six embryos – tested and ready for a chance. Since December 2024, we’ve been working with New Hope Surrogacy and the Canadian Surrogacy Community (CSC). With the guidance of Arielle Taylor, we’re now ready for the most important step: finding a surrogate who wants to join us on this adventure.
What matters most to us
For us, surrogacy isn’t just a medical journey – it’s a team journey. You’re not a ‘means’ to an end, but an irreplaceable part of our story. We want you to feel supported, appreciated, and respected – in a way that feels right for you.
Our child will grow up in a home filled with love, safety, and joy. With two dads who are equally involved. With grandparents already bursting with excitement. And with a circle of friends who can’t wait for sleepovers, sports games, and cuddles.
